📌 Note
Horses sometimes have their own opinions (and strong tastebuds!), so now and then a new blend might need a little extra encouragement. This doesn’t reflect the quality or efficacy of the product, but rather their natural instinct towards new flavours.

Overview
The intestinal tract is at the heart of equine health, serving as the body’s nutrient-processing powerhouse and a key player in immune function. A disrupted gut environment can leave horses vulnerable to parasitic infestations and nutrient deficiencies, weakening their overall wellbeing.
VermClear is specifically designed to support the horse’s natural defence mechanisms, helping to stabilise the intestinal microbiome and support the eradication of intestinal parasites. By creating an inhospitable environment for parasites, VermClear works to ensure the gut remains balanced and functional.

Top Tips
It's recommended to feed every 3-months following a faecal egg count (FEC) if needed, or as a regular precautionary deterrent for ongoing intestinal protection.
- Spring and Summer (March-August) - Conduct regular FWECs, ideally every 12 weeks, to monitor worm levels as grazing continues.
- Autumn (September-November) - carry out a regular FWEC, and consider a saliva or blood test for tapeworm , as these are best treated in autumn before winter.
- Winter (December-February) - Encysted redworms develop in the gut wall and are not detected by WECs, making a specific winter treatment crucial to prevent serious health problems like colic and diarrhoea in the spring.
