About These Terms
EquiNatural (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides products and related information through
www.equinatural.co.uk (“the Site”).
By using the Site or placing an order, you (“you”, “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
We may update these Terms from time to time; any changes take effect once posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site means you accept the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force.
Pricing & Orders
- All prices shown on our Site are current at the time of order but may change without notice. Prices include VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise.
- When you place an order, you’ll receive an automated email acknowledging receipt - this is not an order acceptance.
- A contract between you and EquiNatural is formed only once your order is processed and dispatched.
- We accept secure online payments via third-party processors (e.g. PayPal, debit/credit card).
Delivery
We always aim for prompt dispatch. UK mainland orders generally arrive within 2–3 working days, though occasional courier or weather delays may occur.
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
- If you won’t be home to receive your delivery, please use the “safe place” option at checkout (e.g. “Leave with neighbour” or “In porch”).
EquiNatural cannot accept responsibility for loss if a parcel is left at your request when you’re not present.
International Deliveries
We ship worldwide except to Australia (due to customs restrictions on plant-based products).
For the USA & Canada, you’ll first pay a
shipping deposit; we’ll then confirm actual costs by email before dispatch.
Local customs, duties, and taxes are your responsibility and must be paid before delivery.
Unpaid customs fees may result in non-delivery or return charges, which will be deducted from any refund.
Delivery Charges
We never build delivery fees into product pricing or profit from shipping.
UK delivery is subsidised by us; international shipping is charged at cost.
Discounts, Promotions & Subscriptions
We’re proud to offer fair, transparent pricing and genuine savings for our customers.
- New Customer Offers are for first-time customers only, unless stated otherwise.
- Subscription Listings are for customers choosing ongoing repeat deliveries at discounted rates. Using a subscription listing for a one-time order to obtain a discount constitutes misuse and may result in the order being cancelled and refunded.
- Fair-Use Policy: We reserve the right to amend, refuse, or cancel any order or discount where misuse or ineligibility is identified.
- Non-Transferable: Discount codes and promotions can’t be shared, transferred, or combined unless specified.
These policies ensure fairness and allow us to continue offering genuine loyalty savings.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Payment & Renewal
By joining a subscription, you authorise automatic monthly billing on the same date each month.
If your chosen date doesn’t occur in the next month, billing will take place on the last available day.
If payment fails, your subscription may pause until resolved. - Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through your account. The subscription remains active until the current billing period ends; partial-month refunds aren’t available. - Non-Refundable Fees
Subscription payments (and related shipping/taxes) are non-refundable once charged. - Restrictions on Use
Subscriptions are for your personal use only. Reselling, redistribution, or unauthorised commercial use of our products is prohibited. - Termination
We may suspend or cancel a subscription if any term is breached. Payments already made remain non-refundable.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of:
- the bottle (cap removed, showing neck/seal)
- foil/heat seal
- outer packaging and shipping label
- product label with batch number
This helps us log and resolve the issue quickly.
Unopened products can be returned anytime to: Unit 10 Rookery Farm, Radstock BA3 4UL for refund or exchange.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- To cancel, please email us within that timeframe. We’ll confirm receipt and provide return instructions.
- Returned goods must reach us within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
- Unless the product is faulty, return postage is your responsibility.
- Refunds (minus any value loss from handling) are processed within 14 days of goods being received.
Complaints
We aim to resolve any issue swiftly and fairly.
Please email your complaint, including a clear description and any relevant correspondence. We’ll acknowledge within 2 working days and update you if a full response takes longer.
Recall Policy
While we’ve never had to recall stock since 2007, should it ever occur we will:
- notify all affected customers by email,
- arrange safe return or disposal,
- and provide a replacement or full refund immediately.
Messaging Terms
- By opting into SMS or email notifications, you consent to receiving occasional automated messages from EquiNatural.
- Message frequency varies; standard network rates apply.
- You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the message.
