- Feed 5g/100kg bodyweight per day, i.e. 25g for a 500kg horse.

💧Tincture Blend
- Feed 6ml/100kg bodyweight per day, i.e. 30ml for a 500kg horse. Shake well before use.

The Story Behind BioCARE

In September 2014, just two weeks after Carmen came to live with us, and after suddenly appearing chronically lame in her field, our vet told us that our beautiful 7yo chestnut TB mare had developed joint sepsis in her fetlock from a historic infected wound we'd inherited.
The vet gave her only a 5% chance of recovery with antibiotics, and explained that if there was no improvement within 48 hours, we would have no choice but to have her PTS. A vibrant, sassy, full-of-life young mare we had only known for two weeks, now with a PTS prognosis. We were absolutely devastated.
In shock, I went home and created what would become the BioCARE blend. I knew I had to give Carms the biggest blast of natural antimicrobials that herbs could provide to fight and draw out the infection. The next morning, I gave her a double handful and prayed for a miracle.
Two mornings later, Carmen's hoof was flat on the floor. She had abscessed beautifully through her coronet band - I've never been so happy to see an abscess! She shuffled out of her stable after breakfast, still a little footy but without a care in the world. From that moment, she never looked back.
